The Royal Kludge RC930 has electrostatic capacitive switches (which are essentially Topre clones) and come silenced with the use of rubber bands on the sliders.  The use of Cherry MX stems on the sliders allows you to easily customize the keycaps to your liking.

This keyboard offers programmable RGB backlighting and adjustable key travel.  All of these features have been included in the Realforce RGB keyboard.  Coincidence?  🙂

While not detachable, the braided cable is a nice touch.

The big question: How does it compare to silenced Topre?  The sounds and feels are similar to Topre, but the delivery is lacking the refinement and consistency Realforce provides.

When this keyboard was introduced it offered Topre-like experience, at a fraction of the cost of a Realforce, and with features that Realforce did not offer at the time: RGB backlighting, MX keycap compatibility and adjustable key travel.

All things considered, this a nice keyboard for the money.  A Realforce, though, it is not.
